VisiPoint Cloud is a powerful platform for managing visitor and employee sign-in from one central location. It is the perfect partner for the Zentron temperature screening kiosks. With the cloud you can monitor your entry logs and kiosks remotely, in real-time. 

The cloud management platform can be accessed using any device with a browser that’s connected to the internet - including desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices.

All data is stored securely in the cloud using data centres in the UK, US and EU, with data encrypted at rest and in transfer from the devices. We hold the ISO 9001 certification and are registered with the ICO. VisiPoint complies with current data protection regulations including GDPR.

Management dashboard

The dashboard is the heart of the cloud platform and provides a quick snapshot of your entry logs for the current day, with key statistics including the number of users currently signed in and total sign-ins for the day.

You can see the access logs for the current day with key details for each user including photo, arrival time, temperature reading and current status.

User Import Cloud Management System

User management

Manage your user lists remotely with VisiPoint Cloud, such as your staff directory. You can import a list of users, add users individually, edit user details and change user types.

You can filter user lists by user type - such as staff or visitors - and create custom user types. Using the journey builder you can build different user journeys on your kiosks.

Manage your central deny list in the cloud. If users on the deny list try to sign in using any of your kiosks, the user will be instructed that they are not permitted to enter.   

Kiosk and area management

Control and monitor all your kiosks remotely in the cloud management system. Customise your device settings, check the status of all your devices and even reboot or shutdown a device remotely.

Group your devices by sites, and areas within those sites, so you can easily pinpoint the specific location of each device and apply settings in bulk devices in an area.

Access reports and analyse your data real-time with full history of your entry logs. You can export the reports quickly in excel or pdf format.

Reports include key details for each sign-in record including name, photo, temperature reading, entry time and area. You can filter the reports easily to access exact information you require, such as a date range or area.

Contact tracing is fast and simple. Track and trace reports pull a report of the individuals who have been in your facilities on a particular day, and identify who may have been in contact with a particular person.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes we provide a 14-day free trial for our cloud plans. You will receive a reminder a few days before your trial ends, so you can easily cancel your trial if you don't wish to continue.

How do I choose the right plan?

Use the comparison chart above to compare the plans. If you'd like some advice, we're happy to discuss your needs. Please click on the green live chat bubble at the bottom right of this page or submit a contact request here.

You can switch plans within your account once you have signed up, so if you want to change plans at a later date that's no problem. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel your subscription within the 14-day trial with no charge. You will be reminded a few days before your trial ends. 

For paid customers, you may cancel your VisiPoint cloud subscription within your account, subject to your contract terms. Annual billing customers are subject to a 12-month contract whereas monthly billing customers are on a monthly rolling contract. 

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 20% discount on your monthly fee if you pay annually.
